Ingredients

Crepe Batter

½ cup water
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
1 pc egg
1 tbsp vegetable oil
½ sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

Sour Cream

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp fine salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp sliced spring onion

Filling

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
2 pcs tomato, chopped
1 pc small green bell pepper, chopped
1 ½ cups sliced mushroom
½ sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

  • Prep Time 25mins

  • STEP 1

    To prepare crepe batter, whisk water, ½ cup of NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, flour, egg, vegetable oil and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® together in a bowl. Strain batter and set aside for 5 minutes. (10mins)

  • STEP 2

    To prepare Sour Cream, mix ½ cup of NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. Set aside in the refrigerator. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Preheat a non stick pan and four about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (15mins)

  • STEP 4

    To cook the filling, sauté garlic, onion, tomato, bell pepper and mushroom in oil. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Remove from the pan and set aside. (10mins)

  • STEP 5

    To assemble, fill each crepe with vegetable mixture. Fold and place on serving plates. Drizzle Sour Cream and serve. (10mins)
