Ingredients

1 kg medium potato, scrubbed well
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1 stalk scallion, sliced
½ cup crispy bacon bits
½ cup grated melting cheese
1 tbsp sliced spring onion

Sour Cream:

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp fine salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp sliced spring onion

  • Prep Time 20mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 1h 40mins
  • STEP 1

    Place potato in a rack of preheated 325ᴼF oven to bake for 45minutes or until there is no resistance when a fork is inserted in the middle of the potato. Set aside to cool. (1 hour)

  • STEP 2

    To prepare Sour Cream, mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. Set aside in the refrigerator. (5 mins)

  • STEP 3

    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the potato leaving the skin intact. Mash the potato and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in ½ cup of NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and scallion and bacon. (20 mins)

  • STEP 4

    Scoop mashed potato mixture back in the potato skins. Place potatoes in a baking tray, top with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve with Sour Cream. (15 mins)
