Ingredients

1/2 kg chicken breast fillet, cubed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 tsp MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG Original
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp fish sauce

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Marinate chicken in mixture of sugar, salt, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, curry powder, and NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM for at least 1 hour.

  • STEP 2

    Pierce the marinated chicken together on bamboo skewers. Use marinade to baste chicken occasionally to prevent from drying. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is fully cooked. Store in a covered container to keep warm.

  • STEP 3

    Serve with the prepared peanut sauce on the side.
