Ingredients

Crust

24 pcs graham crackers
1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup ube jam

Filling

1 bar cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup condensed milk
1 tsp ube extract

Whipped Cream

Toppings

2 tbsp ube jam
2 tbsp macapuno
2 tbsp shredded bottled langka
2 tbsp grated cheese

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar. Press tightly at the bottom of a spring form pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. 

  • STEP 2

    Whip NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and cream cheese until light and smooth. Whisk in condensed milk and ube extract. (10mins)

  • STEP 3

    Spread ube jam on graham crust. Pour cream mixture. Freeze overnight. (5mins)

  • STEP 4

    Whip 125ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream with sugar. Transfer into a piping bag. (10mins)

  • STEP 5

    Unmold cheesecake on a serving plate. Pipe whipped cream to decorate the cheesecake and top with preferred topping. (5mins)
