STEP 1
Simmer tapioca pearls in water for 25-30 minutes. Set aside for another 30 minutes to cool completely.

Strain and mix with mango purée and Nestle® Carnation® Condensada. Set aside.

Steep tea bags in hot water.

Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar.

STEP 5
To serve, pour tapioca pearls with mango purée into serving glasses. Add ice and pour tea and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Top with diced mangoes and graham mixture. Serve immediately.
