Ingredients

Crepe

1 cup all purpose flour
½ tsp fine salt
2 pcs eggs
1 ¼ cups NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
2 tbsp butter, melted

Filling and Topping

1 pc ripe mango, half puréed and other half sliced (for topping)
1/3 cup Nestle® Carnation® Condensada
4 pcs graham crackers, crushed
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp sugar

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 45mins
  • Chilling Time Chill Time overnight
  • STEP 1

    Whisk flour, salt, eggs, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth. (5 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Preheat a non-stick pan and pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Swirl and cook over low heat. Flip to cook the other side. Make around 7-9 pcs of crepes. Set aside to cool. (15 minutes)

  • STEP 3

    Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and Nestle® Carnation® Condensada until light and smooth. Whisk in mango puree. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 4

    Assemble crepe cake by spreading whipped cream mixture on every piece of crepe. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 5

    Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. (2 minutes)

  • STEP 6

    Top crepe cake with graham mixture and slices of mango. Refrigerate overnight.
