Ingredients

1 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups crushed Graham crackers
1 cup toasted oatmeal
3-4 large apples, peeled and sliced into thin wedges
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp lemon juice

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Cream butter and sugar in a bowl. Add crushed Graham crackers and oatmeal until crumbly. Set aside.

  • STEP 2

    Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat then set aside to cool.

  • STEP 3

    To assemble, press 2-3 tbsp of prepared crumble onto a single-serve container. Top with 2-3 tbsp of the stewed apples. Sprinkle with more crumble and top with NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM. Chill until ready to serve.
