Ingredients

4 pcs boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp cilantro stems, chopped
6 basil leaves, chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp banana catsup
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
no measurement cilantro leaves
no measurement salt and pepper
no measurement water

  • STEP 1

    Marinate the chicken by mixing in garlic, ginger, cilantro stems, curry powder, salt, and pepper.

  • STEP 2

    In a pan, mix butter and the marinated chicken together. Once fragrant, add in tomato sauce, banana catsup, hot sauce, water, and basil. Simmer for 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

  • STEP 3

    Pour in NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM, turn off the heat, and mix.

  • STEP 4

    Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro leaves.
