Ingredients

½ kg pork liempo cut into cubes
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp chopped garlic
½ cup sliced onion
2 tbsp bagoong alamang
2 cups cubed talong
½ cup water
2 pcs siling haba (optional)

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Pan fry pork on its own fat until golden brown on all sides.

  • STEP 2

    Push fried pork on one side of the pan and sauté garlic and onion in the same pan until limp.

  • STEP 3

    Add bagoong and eggplant. Pour in water. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cook for another minute or until eggplant is cooked.

  • STEP 4

    Pour in cream and bring to a simmer. Add siling haba if desired.
