Ingredients

Cheese Sauce

2 tbsp water
4 tbsp melting cheese, grated
1 tsp 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
1 order store-bought Litson Baka, sliced
1 pc large onion, cut into strips
1 pc green bell pepper, cut into strips
2 tbsp water
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
8 slices thick white bread
2 tbsp butter, softened

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Combine NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, water, cheese, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, pepper and nutmeg in a pan. Gently simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 2

    Sauté beef in a pan. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water and cook for another 1 minute. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Set aside for 5 minutes to
    cool. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Spread cheese sauce on the inside of the white bread. Add beef mixture to assemble sandwich. (5mins)

  • STEP 4

    Lightly butter the sandwich and toast in a dry pan until golden brown. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate, and serve. (10mins)
