Ingredients

1 cup glutinous rice, rinsed well
10 cups water
1 pc pandan leaf, tied
1 tbsp ube extract
2/3 cup condensed milk
¾ cup sugar

Topping

¼ cup ube jam
¼ cup macapuno
¼ cup bottled langka, shredded
¼ cup grated cheese

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Simmer glutinous rice in water with pandan while covered for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. (50mins)

  • STEP 2

    Mix in ube extract, condensed milk and sugar. Stir in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream until halfway-mixed to create marbled effect. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Pour into serving bowls and serve warm with preferred topping/s. (5mins)
