Ingredients

1 can ¾ cup corned beef
125g spaghetti
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc red onion, cut into rings
½ cup water
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1 tbsp sliced spring onion

  • Prep Time 10mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 20mins
  • STEP 1

    Sauté corned beef in its own juices until crispy. Set aside. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Boil spaghetti according to package direction. (10 minutes)

  • STEP 3

    Sauté garlic in oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside for topping. (1min)

  • STEP 4

    Sauté onion in the same oil. Strain and set aside for topping. (1min)

  • STEP 5

    Pour water and Nestle All Purpose Cream in the same pan. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Drain and toss in spaghetti. Cook for 1 minute.

  • STEP 6

    Transfer on a serving plate. Top with crispy corned beef, sautéed onion, toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve immediately.
