Ingredients

1 kg sliced pork shoulder
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp calamansi juice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pc large red onion, cut into rings

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • Prep Time 15mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 1h 15mins
  • STEP 1

    Season pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, and calamansi juice in a pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Strain and reserve cooking liquid. (50 minutes)

  • STEP 2

    Sauté pork in 2 tbsp of oil until light golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer for 2 minutes. (15 minutes)
     

  • STEP 3

    Sauté onion separately in 1 tbsp of oil. (2 minutes)

  • STEP 4

    Transfer Creamy Pork Steak on a serving plate, top with sautéed onion and serve. (2 minutes)
