Ingredients

6 pcs egg yolks
1 small can condensed milk
½ tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp fine salt
3 tbsp sugar

Steps

  • STEP 1

    Mix egg yolks with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.

  • STEP 2

    Add sugar in a large lyanera. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside.

  • STEP 3

    Strain cream mixture into the lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  • STEP 4

    Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and serve well chilled.
