Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, minced
1/4 kg freshly ground pork
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup banana catsup
4 pcs hotdog, sliced
1/4 cup water
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 kg spaghetti
4 tbsp grated cheese

Steps

  • Prep Time 20mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 45mins
  • STEP 1

    Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add ground pork and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, catsup, and hotdog. 

  • STEP 2

    Pour water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and set aside. 

  • STEP 3

    Boil pasta according to package direction. 

  • STEP 4

    Strain spaghetti and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate and top with cheese. Serve immediately. (5 minutes)

Tips For This Recipe

  1. Tomato sauce may be prepared ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator. Reheat sauce and add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream just before tossing with the pasta. Serve immediately.
