Ingredients

1 kg pork cheek, blanched
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, mashed
2 pcs large red onion, chopped
2 pcs red chili, sliced
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
¼ cup MAGGI Savor Classic
3 tbsp calamansi juice
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp sliced spring onion

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Simmer pork in water until tender. Remove and set aside to cool completely. (2h)

  • STEP 2

    Slice 1-inch thick. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Coat lightly with oil and grill until crunchy. Set aside to cool. Slice into bite-size pieces. (20mins)

  • STEP 3

    Combine grilled pork with garlic, onion, chili, MAGGI Savor, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, calamansi juice, pepper and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Gently mix and transfer on a serving plate. Top with spring onion and serve. (10mins)
