Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
5 pcs shallots, chopped
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup chopped prawns
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp patis or to taste
1 liter water
2 pcs kaffir leaves
1 stalk tanglad, crushed
2 cups cooked glass noodles
1/2 cup chopped wansoy
1/2 cup bean sprout
1/4 cup fried shallots
2 pcs siling labuyo, chopped

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    In a sauce pan, heat olive oil. Sauté shallots, cook until limp and translucent. Add turmeric and curry powder. Stir–in prawns.

  • STEP 2

    Season prawns with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and patis. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  • STEP 3

    Pour in water, add kaffir leaves and tanglad. Bring to a boil.

  • STEP 4

    Lower heat and add NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM. Mix well, do not boil.

  • STEP 5

    To serve, arrange in a serving bowl 1/4 cup of noodles, 1 tbsp wansoy, 1/4 cup bean sprouts, 1 tbsp fried shallots and 1 to 2 pieces of chopped siling labuyo. Serve hot.
