Ingredients

Caramel Sauce

2 tbsp butter
¼ cup light brown sugar
1/8 tsp fine salt

Whipped Cream

1 tbsp Nescafé Classic
2 tbsp hot water
½ cup Nestlé Fresh Milk
1/3 cup condensed milk
2 cups ice

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    For the caramel sauce, mix butter, brown sugar, Nestlé All Purpose Cream and salt in a pan. Cook over low heat while mixing continuously until smooth. Transfer into a container and set aside. (10 mins)

  • STEP 2

    Whip the ½ cup of Nestlé All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks. Transfer into a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to serve. (10 mins)

  • STEP 3

    Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Pour into a blender and add Nestlé Fresh Milk, condensed milk, ice, Nestlé All Purpose Cream and 3 tbsp of prepared caramel sauce. Blend until smooth. (5 mins)

  • STEP 4

    Drizzle prepared caramel sauce on the side of serving glasses. Pour cream mixture, pipe whipped cream and top with caramel sauce. Serve immediately. (3 mins)
