Ingredients

½ kg ½-inch thick skinless pork loin
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
¼ tsp freshly-ground pepper
½ cup flour
2 pcs egg, beaten
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
2 cups vegetable oil for frying
¼ kg spaghetti
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups water
6 tbsp grated cheese
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Season pork loin with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in egg and coat well with breadcrumbs. Set aside for 5 minutes while preheating oil. (10mins)

  • STEP 2

    Fry in oil over medium high heat until golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack to drain excess oil. (10mins)

  • STEP 3

    Boil pasta according to package directions. (10mins)

  • STEP 4

    Cook bacon in a pan with oil until golden brown. Strain bacon and set aside for topping. (5mins)

  • STEP 5

    Sauté garlic in the same pan. Pour water and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Stir in cheese and simmer. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. (5mins)

  • STEP 6

    Strain spaghetti and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate and top with bacon bits. (5mins)

  • STEP 7

    Cut pork cutlet into serving pieces and place on top of pasta. Garnish with parsley and
    serve. (5mins)
