Ingredients

¼ cup melted butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 pc egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp butter, for greasing

  • STEP 1

    Pre heat oven at 350ᴼF. (30mins)

  • STEP 2

    Whisk melted butter, NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and brown sugar until smooth . Add egg and vanilla extract. Continue to whisk until smooth. Set aside. (2mins)

  • STEP 3

    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Stir in wet ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix. (3mins)

  • STEP 4

    Greased a baking pan with butter and line with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the blondies. (25mins)

  • STEP 5

    Set aside to cool. Remove from the pan and peel off the parchment paper. Cut into servings and serve. (10mins)
