Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, medium diced
2 pcs tomato, large diced
2 pcs finger chili
1 kg medium squid, remove quill and beak, rinsed and drained
¼ cup vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

  • Prep Time 15mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 30mins
  • STEP 1

    Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and finger chili in oil. (10 mins)

  • STEP 2

    Add squid, vinegar and soy sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. (20 mins)

  • STEP 3

    Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® . Stir in Nestle All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (1 min)
