Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
1 can ¾ cup corned beef
2 tbsp all purpose flour
3 cups water
1 pc small carrot, small diced
1 pc potato, small diced
½ cup sliced mushroom
½ cup corn kernels
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp minced parsley (optional)

  • Prep Time 20mins
  • Cooking Time Cook Time 25mins
  • STEP 1

    Sauté garlic, onion and corned beef in butter. (5mins)

  • STEP 2

    Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and bring to simmer. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Add carrot and potato. Simmer for 10 minutes (10mins)

  • STEP 4

    Add mushroom and corn. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in Nestle All Purpose Cream. (2mins)

  • STEP 5

    Transfer on a serving bowl, top with parley and serve. (1min)
