Ingredients

1 cup cherry pie filling
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup butter
12 pcs sugar ice-cream cones, finely crushed
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
10 pcs marshmallows

Steps

  • STEP 1

    Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

  • STEP 2

    Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in crushed ice-cream cones, peanut butter, and marshmallows. Cook until mallows are melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Use a spoon to transfer them onto base and sides of non-stick muffin cups, and chill to set.

  • STEP 3

    To assemble, scoop cherry cream mixture into prepared cups. Top with cherry filling serve cold.
