Ingredients

2/3 cup condensed milk, chilled
2/3 cup evaporated milk, chilled
2 tbsp calamansi juice, chilled
¼ cup dalandan juice, chilled
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ bar cream cheese, diced

4 pcs graham crackers, crushed
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar

  • Prep Time 25mins
  • Chilling Time Chill Time overnight
  • STEP 1

    Whip NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks are achieved. (10mins)

  • STEP 2

    Whisk in condensed milk, evaporated milk, calamansi juice, dalandan juice and vanilla extract. Fold in cream cheese. Transfer on a freezer safe container and freeze overnight. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Mix graham, butter and sugar. Set aside for use as topping. (5mins)

  • STEP 4

    Serve ice cream in chilled glasses. Top with graham crumble and serve immediately. (5mins)
