Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp fine salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
½ kg chicken wings, halved
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
½ cup all purpose flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp hot sauce (sriracha)
1 tbsp honey

Steps

  • STEP 1

    Mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, garlic, spring onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside Garlic Cream Sauce by placing it in the refrigerator.

  • STEP 2

    Season chicken wings with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Coat well with flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack to drain excess oil.

  • STEP 3

    Melt butter in a pan and add hot sauce and honey. Toss in fried chicken wings and mix until well coated.

  • STEP 4

    Transfer to a serving container and serve with Garlic Cream Sauce.
