Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Cornflakes, finely crushed
6 tbsp butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup canned apple topping, chopped

  • STEP 1

    Preheat oven to 350-F. Grease and line cookie sheets.

  • STEP 2

    In a bowl, sift together flour and crushed cornflakes. Set aside.

  • STEP 3

    Using a mixer on medium speed, beat butter with sugar, egg, vanilla, and NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM. Fold in dry ingredients and beat lightly until a soft dough is formed.

  • STEP 4

    Shape dough into small balls. Arrange 1-2 inches apart in the cookie sheet and flatten using the back of the spoon. Place a small amount of apple filling in the center, then reshape into balls.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light brown.
